🚚 Local Home Delivery FAQ

1. Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We’re happy to offer same-day local delivery for all orders placed before 2 PM. Orders over $60 receive free delivery, and orders under $60 include a small $7 delivery fee to keep the convenience coming.

2. When will my order arrive if I order online?

Orders placed before 2 PM will arrive the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will arrive the next delivery day (we are closed on Sundays).

3. How far do you deliver?

We currently deliver within a 5-mile radius of The PawStand (2421 Van Fleet Circle, Suite 150, Doraville, GA 30360).

4. Do you offer shipping outside your local area?

No, we don’t ship at this time. Our focus is on serving our local community with reliable same-day delivery and in-store pickup options.

5. Is there a minimum order for delivery?

No minimum purchase is required, but orders under $60 include a $7 delivery fee. Orders over $60 qualify for free delivery.

6. What days do you deliver?

We deliver Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays when the store is closed.

7. How can I schedule or track my delivery?

Once your order is confirmed, our delivery team will contact you with an estimated delivery time window. If you have any special delivery notes or requests, you can include them at checkout.


🌟 Astro Loyalty Program FAQ

1. What is Astro Loyalty?

Astro is our in-store rewards program that helps you earn free bags and exclusive offers from your favorite brands, like Fromm, Farmina, Raw Dynamic, Earthborn, and more! Every time you shop in-store at The PawStand, your qualifying purchases are automatically tracked through Astro.

2. How does the loyalty program work?

When you buy participating products in-store, we log your purchases into the Astro Loyalty system. Once you reach the required number of purchases (for example, “Buy 12, Get 1 Free”), you’ll receive a free bag or reward from that brand!

3. Can I earn or redeem rewards when I order online?

At this time, Astro rewards are for in-store purchases only. Our brand partners and distributors require in-person verification to honor and reimburse us for free items. This ensures we can continue offering these valuable rewards without losing vendor credit.

4. Why can’t online orders count toward my Astro Loyalty rewards?

Our vendors and distributors only recognize in-store transactions for loyalty credit. Large online retailers like Chewy and Amazon don’t participate in these manufacturer-funded programs, so to stay compliant (and receive reimbursement for your free products), we must follow the same in-store guidelines. Shopping local keeps these rewards available for everyone!

5. How will I know when I’ve earned a free bag?

When you reach your reward threshold, our system automatically alerts us in-store. We’ll let you know right at checkout—or the next time you visit—that your free bag or reward is ready for pickup.

6. Can multiple family members earn together under one account?

Yes! If you and a family member shop together for the same pets, we can link your purchases under one Astro account to help you earn rewards faster. Just let us know at checkout.
